Getting Certificates

Getting your certificate is important to you and it serves as a form of verification of you acquiring a particular knowledge and skills. It is easy and straightforward to get your certificate on EduLearn. However, there have been some reported errors, and we will explain how to solve them. Incase you have a new error out of what we will list below, please contact us here. Just to let you know, all our certificates have their unique id, which means anyone can scan the QR Code on your certificates to verify its authenticity on our website. The QR Code works on any mobile device. Now, let’s dive into the major three errors and how to go about them.

Error #1: Certificate not loading

This is the most common type of errors reported by our users. This is usually due to what we called caching issues with your browser and our website. If this is your case, kindly use another browser to open the certificate, and it should display properly.

Error #2: Certificate Not Downloading

This is by far the second type of errors reported. This is NOT an error or issues from us, it is simply understanding how certificates is being downloaded in our system. To download your certificates, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE button in the email after course completion (You can click on DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE on the course as well).
  2. On the certificate page, you will see THREE icons on your right side of the screen. First is to download, second is to copy the link and third is to print (you can print to your phone or print to save on your phone, mostly for iPhone users).
  3. Select download (the first one), and you will see PDF, JPG. While you can use any of the format to get your certificates, it is better to let you know that the PDF Certificate get generated within 10- 30 seconds, while JPF Certificates take less than 5 seconds to generate.

  4. Once you have selected the right format, kindly wait for the certificate to generate and will ask your permission to download to your mobile phone. That’s all. Error #3: Certificate Background not showing

Incase you are wondering why your certificate doesn’t have a background when you view or download, it might sometimes b due to network connection issues and our system couldn’t get the background design for your certificate. If you are having this issues, kindly try again with a different network or try in another time. It is really nothing to worry about.
